What is more fun than watching someone renovate a house on TV? That's right, working for a company that does exactly that, except we're way more fun and not on TV.
We are looking for a RELIABLE, DEDICATED Administrative Assistant to join our growing team.
Your job would be to help with the day-to-day operations of a house flipping/construction business. The ideal candidate is organized, eager to learn, a team player and adaptable.
Some duties would include management support, replying to emails and phone calls, invoicing, payroll, scheduling trades and staff, ordering supplies and materials and general administrative duties.
Skills & Abilities
Previous administrative experience
Customer service focused and ability to prioritize
Excellent ability to use relevant software such as Google Drive, Excel, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube
Proven ability and initiative to work with minimal supervision and with utmost discretion
Video Editing is not required but an asset
Excellent organization skills
Hours: 40 hours/week
Must be able to work at our office (downtown) as well as remotely, if required.
